Admin and Xp save Empty

Hey I just joined yesterday as >SwF<Ice* and I had about 1000+ XP and level 6 admin. But today my XP went down to 0 and so did my admin level.

Can anybody help me?? Thx

Enter the game then click PLAY ONLINE then ENABLE PUNKBUSTER

if it didnt work open console and then:

/pb_cdkeyreg 1
